When I received the framed print the frame was unfortunately damaged in transit. I contacted little sprog and they immediately sent me a replacement frame which arrived within a few days.

If I could give one piece of advice - frames don’t come well equipped for a3 paper anymore as they’re all generic sizes now. If you could put it in a standard frame without any mount you see that you can see the edges of the print as it doesn’t go all the way to the edges of the paper - I also had to trim the tops and bottoms to fit them into the frames. I absolutely adore them so just a small thought :)
